Been such a long time since I posted that my old account is now gone! Couldn't help coming back for advice with this one!

Situation: I am a 29 y/o personal trainer at a gym and leisure facility and a while ago a girl who works in my building gave me her number (18 y/o 9/10). I never really bothered texting her as I was focusing on other elements of my life (health and wealth).

So recently she began a Snapchat campaign of terror against me, sending me pictures of everything from cups of coffee to pics of her pulling stupid faces etc. I've been through the b4utxt her programme so I've been applying those techniques to our messages with varying success (I got a meet up last week but came down with food poisoning and had to cancel it, my job doesn't grant me much free time to meet).

My question is, this girl always initiates the convos but with tiny short little messages and emoticons, her replies to my messages are often v short too, unless I send her a really short message in which case she tends to expand a bit. If I let it go cold she always reinitiates the next day or later the same day but again always sends these short ass messages that are seemingly impossible to reply to or ill ask her questions to establish some sort of connection and she will send me a picture message of her answer instead of text! Feels like hard work and sort of feels like we're having a battle to see who is chasing who here.

I don't doubt that she's in to me, she gives me free food etc when I order upstairs and always seems to be "around" when I'm upstairs, shouts across the room to me when she sees me and tries to keep me chatting to her, like I say if I don't reply or text her for a while she always reinitiates.

I think she could be nervous due to the age gap or intimidated even?

What do you guys think is going on?
