| Post subject: | First Field Report, First time failing, What I've learned... |
I'm pretty new to all this stuff, I haven't yet got the chance to just go out on the street and do day game... But I've met this HB7ish on facebook and we've chatted on msn a couple of times, today she texed me that she was coming downtown Montreal, cuz she live who knows where, so i thought it would be a good opportunity to try some of the material I've learned so far. We where supposed to meet at a small coffee place, on my way there she had sendt two sms's, one telling me that she would be with a friend So I met her and her friend which was a cock blocking 4 we started talking and I made a mistake. I didn't lock myself in, instead they where both in front of me. Her friend was loud, and what a blubber mouth, geese... Just yapping and yapping...I had no idea what to do both where giving me negative body language, I tried to do some cold reading routines but they seemed uninterested, then I tried a story telling type routine but the friend was just talking and talking. Then some of their friends stopped by, I didn't get introduced I had to go see them myself to introduce myself. They all new each other because of school so they where talking about it, so I was completely out of the conversation... Then they went to some type of club/bar but i decided not to go because this whole thing made me feel like shit. What I've learned... I guess my inner game is good, I feel comfortable with people and I'm slowly starting to talk to random people doing openers, negs etc. Also how to you handle a group that is talking about something they have in common but you just seem not to fit in :like their school program, or a movie they saw, what ever. Also do you have any book recommendations on how to handle negative body language. And las but not least, what do you do with the pesky friend that talks to loud... As It's written in the subject this is my first Field report so don't hesitate to tell me how I can improve my future ones. |
