I think that if his sister has already blown you and you're packing a naked pic of her 'the noble thing' is out the window. Gotta be honest you pretty much just risked a friendship for a blowjob. Might as well go for it and make it worth the risk. In the future if you value a friendship and you think it's going to cause an issue...don't mess around with your friends sister. I don't know what's the problem if you fuck her. You didn't lie her or something. It's just she wants to fuck and you're the lucky dude, man.
