Hey all, A little bit of background: I'm currently a high school student about to enter college in the States. I've had very few girlfriends throughout high school and not that many hook-ups either. Worst yet, I've had a two cases of oneitis. But, with that being said, I'm ready to work towards becoming more social and better with woman. Tonight, I went out to a club where a graduation after-party was being thrown. My goals for the night were: [/b]Say hi to at least 5 people [/b]Initiate some sort of kino with at least 4 girls Long term goals: Approach any woman I am interested in without the slightest hesitation Be able to converse easily with strangers whether they be male or female Create attractiveness and a seductive vibe I'll recount most of the night verbatim so that others can critique and comment on what I did. So I came into the club, started off saying hi to a variety of people, big smile on my face most of the time. I was there to have a good time and wanted to show everyone else that positive vibe. Started off dancing with this Girl1 who I vaguely know. Put my hands on her hips, while facing her but then she said she had to look for her friend. 0-1. Next off, introduced myself to Girl2 and Girl3. Didn't end up speaking to them all that much, just kinda danced with them but not really. I got a sense that I wasn't welcome because they were dancing with themselves, so I took the hint and left. At the bar, began a conversation with Girl4 nd had good kino. Perhaps I leaned in a little too much, but had my hand on her shoulder or lower back. Eventually, she said she had to go to the bathroom. 0-3. [/b]Pros: -Accomplished my goals: I was able to successfully say hi to 5 people and I kinoed at least 4 girls. -Kept a positive vibe throughout most of the night [/b]Cons: -Got reject at least 4 times haha -Didn't escalate beyond somewhat harmless kino. Perhaps due to either a lack of confidence or just inability to read the situation. -Didn't create a seductive vibe with the ones I talked to. -Didn't initiate conversation well with Girl3 who I was most interested in. [/b]Questions: If you aren't meeting someone new for the first time, how do you escalate? How do you create attraction? Felt like every girl I met or danced with had no eye contact, etc. [/b]Thoughts: While I am happy to have accomplished my goals, getting blown out essentially four times hurt. But, I guess the only way to get over rejection is to experience it so that you become synthesized to it. Hopefully, I can learn from my mistakes and move on and become a better PUA. Please comment on what you think I did wrong, did well, etc. And if you need more information on the specific instances, let me know. Thank you, Ksizzle |
