After being with the family all day I needed to get out so me and my bro went to the only club open downtown. It ended up getting really busy which was a pleasant surprise to me. It was 18+ night there so that opened up the crowd numbers a bit too. At various times during the night there would be ice shavings falling from the ceiling from some snow machine or something. It felt really good since you're always overheating on the dancefloor. There was about a 3 minute window of opportunity to use the following method: I noticed that the snow in peoples hair made it look like they had dandruff so I went in for a neg before the snow melted. We found a group of 5 girls about 20 yrs old and I went up to the one I wanted and said "I think you have dandruff in your hair." She looked at me wide eyed like I had just thrown a drink on her shirt. Then I smiled to ease her and she smiled back saying she thought it was the snow. Nice, I'm in. I said "oh, ok. Maybe you're right." At that point I started talking to a couple other people nearby, just to get out of her circle for a bit and let her think. When I went back to her I told her we needed to dance a bit so I took her away from her friends for a little bit and did some grinding and all that. I saw another guy approach the group of friends and they were trying to ignore him as he was trying to dance with one of them. I said to the girl I was dancing with - "how come they don't wanna dance with him?" She said he's seems creepy. I asked how she knew. She said " well, he just came up and started grinding. But you actually said something to me. It was pretty daring to tell me that I had dandruff in my hair. I thought that was hot. " So the neg worked as an opener. I worked on her off and on. Later I asked for her number. She said yes but then she said she would take mine, so I punched it into her phone. After a while me and my bro went home. She ended up texting me later to thank me for the good time and make sure I had her number. Frankly though - she could have easily never talked to me again. I know it's taboo for a PUA to give out his number, but how would I have gone about getting hers if she's hesitant about it? |
