Post subject:  Journal to self improvement. No quitting this time.

Goals 21 days cycle, of setting good habbits. Have tried so many times but always make exscuses and break one of my goals. Revised my goals and time to make it happen. My goal is to complete these tasks a certain amount of days a week I need to complete weekly. No more not going to the gym 3 out of my 7 days a week. I can't play more then i work. I don't got forever and the windown closes quickly. I'm 24, and my ultimate goal is to become a awesome guy to be around, and pick up chicks with ease. Wanna get my lifestyle right thoe,. Better habbits, and all that. Time to handle my buisness.

What kept me from achieving.

Internet(too much damn time on internet)Leads to proscrinating. Want to make my time more productive
Soluton- Have plans of hours and days. when I can use.

Computer Use-
Days of personal use. Only Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday. 2 hours personal on chosen day. Will log with phone stop watch, and add time.
Every day is fine, when it comes to homework.

Excercise- 3 days out of 7 days a week. Some for of weights or sprints, or bball

Diet- 5/7 days do my diet I have going for

Studying- This one is important for me. Log in 10 hours a week of studying total. Get it done baby.

Approaching- 1 approach a week.

Cory skyy program- 4/7 days a week written affirmation, mirror affirmations, visualization

beating tha meat- 1/7 no jacking off

So i'm starting tmmrw, and my goal is too update my journal daily by checking off what i completed. I am going from wenesday to wenesday.

Lets stop wasting time, and get shit done. I'm motivated and ready. 21 day cycle lets get. Time to take resposbility for my life. Enough is enough. Get to this 21 day goal. Take ownership in my life.

wenesday. so had a pretty productive day. did my cory skyy program, while getting some study time in. wish i wuld of got to gym. need to get my approach in also. also got a lot of studying to do tmmrw, but gym should be high on priority list. feel good and confident after cory skyy. 1/27 days a sucess lets keep the ball rolling. yessir

no comuter- today was a day i used. prolly went over my 2 hours, because I was writing my affirmations as part of the cory skyy program while matching a movie online. solution prolly should of listend to affirmations or just focused on what i was writing more
excercise 3/7- ---- didnt have time w/ studying, and cory skyy program. written affirmations take awhile. will get done. 0/7 for the wenesday to wenesday week
diet 5/7- 1/7 ... complete. 2/7
study- 10 hours- hit 2 hours. 2more hours. 4/10 hours compplete
approaching-1/7 ----0 .1/7 missions complete did my one today. just asked where something was. didnt last very long. wanna do a couple extra's.
cory skyy4/7- ----did again. 2/7 complete

friday My check list-
computer- broke day i wasnt supposed to use computer. will not use computer tmmrw and jsut switch days.
excercise 3/7- nope still 0/7
diet 5/7- nope 2/7 still
study- 10 hours-. half hours study. now at 4.5/10 hours for theweek
approaching-1/7. nope still 1/7 but missions complete.
cory skyy4/7- did corry sky program for the 3rd consetiuve day. 3/7 one more day to complete my goal. wanna do it every day if i can.
beat off-1 day off/7
