| Post subject: | Getting rid of some AA |
Today me and my buddy did an exercise to get rid of some AA. We walked around a college and asked girls to answer a simple question like it was some scientific survey. We didn't do much DHV, negging, etc, or any close at all. But this was our first time really gaming so it was a good start from doing nothing and never talking to girls. |

Just remember that you don't want to over psyche yourself up about approaching and getting over your AA, it won't happen in one day. It takes time, maybe after like 50 approaches you'll feel that confidence you need to go out and game in the nightclubs. Baby steps brother, baby steps
