Hey folks, First post here. Met another fledgling PUA while out and about on Long Island (North Babylon) and he turned me on to this sight. Forgot his name but if you read this thanks, was a pleasure. Anyway, opened about 5 sets with varying success, I had some major fuck ups but I feel like I'm working out the kinks. Last set of the night, I spot two girls sitting at a table. I walk by and loudly say, "I thought there was supposed to be a band playing here tonight". (I saw the band packing up outside earlier) I keep walking as one of the girls expectedly answers my question, I look back almost confused and say "did you say something"? Anyway I found that I like that as an opener, to ask a general question loud enough by a group of girls and then when they answer act as if they were the ones that stopped you. Long story short, the girls invites me to sit down. My friend who I met that night, said that I should have just walked back and sat down to display confidence, maybe he was right. Kino started right away, I used the answer five questions wrong bit, esp test, I even had her thumb wrestling. We actually had a lot to talk about and I was joking with her a lot. So, I took both girls outside to smoke a cigarette, (I don't smoke and it always amazes me that no one questions this when I invite them outside and don't light up myself). And things got real stagnant, i just ran out of things to say. I got them to bounce to another location but when I tried to escalate further the girl told me she was "in a funk" and was actually still living with her ex who was in the process of moving out. So I obviously fucked up at some point here. Here's what I think and maybe someone has some pointers for me as well. I think that I'm not 1) disqualifying myself enough at the start and 2) have the habit during attraction and comfort to be in a continual process of escalation. I think that I need to back off at various points, walk away, maybe neg I don't know. I just am not sure how to reinitaite the conversation/interaction once I walk away or turn my back. Now, I know some would say that it doesn't matter she will come seek you out if you did a good enough job but in a bar/club the SPAM is ver faced pace that you can get sweeped away. In addition if a girl came there with her friends wouldn't she stay in that comfort zone as opposed to seeking out some strange guy she just talked to for 10 minutes? Anyway, A3 is where I am finding most of my trouble, so I'll take suggestions if you have them. |

Darknight....lol im the PUA from the other night. Man I figured you # closed that blonde. Darnit, but u did real good, u had her smiling all night. Next Friday u into another round of Sarging? I did Islip tonight, was fun....had issues with multiple sets coming up to me while i was in a set (due to some serious pecocking)....kinda messed me up a bit but i cant complain about that =). Didnt really get anything i was looking for, im really only into blondes so its tough for me sometimes! For guys that said i did good at the first place i thought u guys did real good the rest of the night! Kinoesclator |

Next Friday sounds good. You and my buddy exchanged numbers so I'll tell him to get in contact with you later in the week. If you want I'll burn you copies of the PUA material I was telling you about. |
