| Post subject: | Sarging at my Job Interview |
Well, Yesterday, i went for a job interview, there was about 5 of us, we were put into a room to do the usual "team building exercises" then split off for Role play, a tour and the actual interview! So i see this blonde, bout a HB 6, but compared to the other interviewers, she was a 10! :p So anyway, had the tour 1st, started talking, running little DHV stories, being a little cocky funny. Luckily had sum social proof, cos 2 of the guys i play football with came over and started making me look like the AMOG! So after my roleplay, i had the interview with her, I kept on using little DHV spikes when describing stories from my previous job and my personality that would make me stand out! Also tried using NLP and gesturing with my hands to to link in possitive comments and possitive work ethics. So was told at the end of my interview that there were 2 places going, the standard and Premier (i wanted the premier) and was advised that there were no spaces on the premier till Jan next year! So she agreed to call me today to let me know how well i had scored and if i had scored enough to get into the premier programme. Had a call today off her saying that i not only was i offered the job and Not only was i offered a place in the premier programme, but she then advised the had managed to talk the recruitment team to allowing me to go into the next training class that was previously "Fully Booked!" and not only that she then said she was happy to tell me that she will be training me aswell!!
