me: hi talia. lol. do u go to my church? her: do i know you? me: idk but theres nothing wrong with meeting new people now is there. lol. her: and may i ask where youre from? me: im from springfield. anyway. i have a question that only a girl can answer. u ready? her: umm. maybe. me: ok. i know this may sound silly but would u read ur boyfriends email if u thought he was cheating on u? lol. her: wow. um. nope. me: k well my friends r waiting for me. bye. and at that point i just gave up. anyway. i was trying to do an opinion opener on her. what do u guys think i need to change? what did i do wrong? thanks guys. |

hey i generally dont like opinion openers, i mainly just go for observational or functional and just transition from there. But ya add in a false time constraint, for example " hey i gotta go back to my friends soon...but" and ur opener. Make sure you say it slowly and with a loud voice cause if you say it weak, she will look as u as weak and not confident. Just chuck in a FTC and ur opener- SMILE and loud voice then the HB will respond to you more positively. Hope that helps |
