Post subject:  misconceptions about 'inner game'

hey all who read this, just want to state my opinion on something which i feel is a misconception about inner game, something i suffered from for a long time which really stopped me from proggressing in inner game

STOP SEEING "INNER GAME PRODUCTS/IMPROVEMENT" AS A QUICK FIX SOLUTION TO YOUR FEAR/AA

sure, eventually (though I have not yet reached that place) you wont have AA, but first of all, you gotta accept the fear, reframe it as something good, and push through it.

once you realise this, IMO, your inner game will propel forward.

just my 2 cents

The idea is to let your actions dictate your feelings, rather than your feelings dictate your actions.

I know this sounds like just another catchy mental-masturbation phrase, but it is quite valuable and can be applied to many situations. For instance: If you don't feel like working out but you know you should, you can not do it, and remain feeling lazy/lethargic, or you can push through the initial discomfort to, in short time, feel much better about yourself and be glad you did it. The same goes for fear in approach. You can let the fear cause inaction, and you will be right where you've always been, feeling afraid. Or you can push through the fear, and the fear will soon dissipate and be replaced with more positive valid/realistic feelings. Who knows, you might even get results! 8)
