I have read thousands of articles on how to overcome low-self esteem but nothing works, I think i need something on a different level. Is their any hypnosis programs out there to overcome such low-self esteem. |

what have you tried to boost your self esteem? sounds like you're giving up too easily. set achievable goals, write them down in a book and keep a record of what you've achieved. |

hypnosis?? are u kidding me? you buy into that bullshit? dude, just fucking chill..... look around you, look at people in your social circle with high self esteem and see if they are so better than you that they are deservant of that self esteem. I think i know the answer, look inside you for the core of the problem, and know that self esteem is an acquired thing. you are not born with it. |
