So I read the recommended posts from the Moderators in how many people become addicted with reading a lot of seductions methods..I think its happening to me...How you get the superiority feelings, the women and all in general. I hate it... I really do, but i really want to succeed. I think its because of this one-itis ive been having... I mean I can talk to girls, heck even strangers but for the month of march through here ive been reading and reading "new methods". Its sad but ive been trying no to read anymore but each day i find something new and decided to read about it.... At first I did like it, my confidence went really, really high.. I went to 3 parties and i talked to every girl got rejected but heck i made happy a lot of people. I think just that thought, should made count. What i notice though is that every method has the "escalation" emphasis verbal or nonverbal. I cant escalate... Am going with right now is little steps saying to a girl "You look nice today, you have a nice smile etc..." Is that bad? Also, i can talk to strangers easily like an old woman, an old man but when it comes to girls my age range, i cant seemed to do it... I mean in a party yes.. But in the daylight when their alone i do it but mostly their with a pack of friends.. I cant seem to approach... Aswell as i was saying in the beginning, am getting addicted to reading different methods.. I had a huge boost of confidence in the beginning but now my self-esteem is getting lower... Any tips or hints or punishments or rewards or jokes would help! (haha) Since you read this... |

Just make sure you escalate. It is a game just like opening. It really isn't hard. Start with back of your hand to shoulder and then lower back. Stick with that for a bit. You will start to really feel comfortable touching people and really enjoy the intimacy of your new social interactions. You are losing steam because the TRAIN HAS STOPPED. Moving forward is what makes PUA so damned interesting. |

It's no big deal. You are starting, I am going through some kind of similar phase right now, I've been reading material for about 5 months now (with some breaks) and there's still a couple of books I want to read and a couple more I want to re-visit. Thing is each person learns in a different way, some people like me, for example, need a very full understanding of things before starting to work with them. It is not bad to read much as long as you recognize your improvement and it is not an excuse to not do things. Just be sure you are actually improving. There will come a day when you will stop reading and will start writing. As for touching what really helped me was vin dicarlo escalation ladder, it totally changed my game. |

Thanks Jabmaster and Jits 138, I appreciate your hints/support  I read the attraction code of vin dicarlo and escalation ladder very interesting. Makes you see the attraction in a man perspective but in a women perspective, in a psychological way aswell. I think ill go in my own pace with this art of seduction, I mean am very young. So if i see a girl i like, ill know what to do at least. Thanks guy ! P.S. ill stop reading, methods i think its just overloading my mind. |

Don't stop reading because like all arts PU is evolving constantly. Think about music... wouldn't suck if you rolled up blasting mc hammer? Just make sure you pick 1 or two things a week to work on and stick to the game plan. |
