I am new to the forum and thought this would be the best place to post. When I was younger I used to go out to bars and clubs and hook up with women all the time, in many cases I would end up with a few numbers. The reason for my post is because I have lost my game. I was in a long term relationship for 5 years, the relationship went sour after a while and I let myself go. I noticed I wasnt attracting women at all. So I hit the gym started studying some of the PUA's, and have gotten better about attracting women...my problem now is keeping them attracted. Let me be specific, I met this girl on an online dating service...really hot and she seemed into me. we talked and texted often and finally we went on our first date. I am positive I came off as nervous, and to top it off I didnt make a move, even thought she gave signs. Now she's being dry. I know I blew it, how can I feel confident around women again? |

If you did it before, believe me dude, you can do it again, remember all the good times in your relationship and forget the bad ones, make a list what makes you a good person (that helped me A LOT) and then the only thing for you to do is to go out and meet women, you fail and you suceed. That's the best advise that I can give you

Im going to do that, I think it has to do alot with the fact that i had not been really socializing while I was in my relationship. I guess it's just like anything else try, try, and keep trying....working on my list as we speak. Thanks
