hey guys i feel that to have a good frame and confidence, you gotta have a firm base to build upon. i work best by checklists, so heres what i do everyday and it makes me who i am shower clean teeth do all my work (im still in college) talk to everyone listen to upbeat music do an hour of excersise (whatever excersise, weight,running,walking,swimming,whatever) make time to speak to everyone i think that covers everything in life,looks,social life,job and it really is beneficial lol do i sound like a bore doing that, but seriously, im well respected and well liked what works for you? |
