I have a lot of head knowledge about game, but have not been able to put it into practice. It's like I have a huge mental block in my head that I can't overcome. What do you guys suggest? |

Isolate a smaller piece of the puzzle and work on that. When you try to deal with everything at once it is overwhelming. |

figure out what the mental block is. Insecurity ? Anxiety ? You can't just say "mental block" and stop. You can never get rid of some generic fuzzy "mental block". To attack the demon you must first know its name. |

My problem is this: I spot an HB and right away negative thoughts flood my head. It is like I am a slave to my own mind. I just can't push through the thoughts I have. |
