I hate it how many inner game building products there is and everyone has a different method... I dont have time or strengt to test everything and dont know what works for me and how long time does it usually take when you can see results. So do you have any recommendations... Is hypnotica good? Should i try NLP stuff or something? ANything that worked for you.. |

I'm going through some inner-game work at the moment. What I recommend is taking some time out. Go for a walk in the local park or something for an hour and write down all the things that make you uncomfortable or scare you. It could be starting a conversation with women; it could be talking to crowds, whatever it is write it down. It might not seem much but the first step to working out your issues is admitting you have them. Once you've got this list written up you can start to work out how you’re going to overcome these issues. The key here is to take small steps toward a big change, be persistent, you really have to want the changes or they will never happen. If it’s striking up a conversation with strangers, you could just walk around for the day and say 'hi' to anyone that walks past, it might seem strange at first but you have to expose yourself to the fear, constantly. I would start with the smaller issues on your list first, that way you build a confidence in yourself that you can achieve, even if the next goals that little bit harder. I'm starting a small business soon and my main fear is starting and maintaining a conversation with strangers. So to get over it I got off my ass today and went knocking on doors promoting my business. I didn't want to but every house got that bit easier, even if they weren’t interested. I wouldn’t say I’m cured but if I keep exposing myself to the situation I fear then eventually the fear will subside. Hope this helps. Trashedteen. |
