I'm a young, PUA, that's just went through a huge downturn. As a result my self-esteem and generally inner game just isn't close to being the same. I still think like a PUA. I can see the mechanics behind everyones actions, and I can see the reasons why people act the way they do. But now I have a significant frustration. I feel as though everything is materialized. Nothing is real. Everything is plastic. As a result I just have this inner feeling which kinda makes me not see any good in people. I feel like "you're just asking this way because that's how social norms tell you to". So my question is, has anyone gone through this before? If so how do I get back up? I used to have no AA, and get 6 numbers a day. Now I subconcously despise social interaction in general. |

I don't know, I think everyone has real down points in life like this. Valperl: Obviously it's not good to analyze everyones actions to a dangerous level. However, you're more likely feeling bad because of your current frame of mind, rather than your ability to analyze behavior. Just do stuff to make you happy. I'm not talking about Pick-Up - spend time with friends, do things you enjoy doing, push yourself to try new things. Once you're feeling happier in general then your PUA abilities will only serve to help you. |
