Hello ya'll. This is my first post on the forum and wanted to give you a brief background of myself. I am 22. Work full time. I have motor and vocal tics (which i can control for awhile while talking in conversations) These devoloped about three years ago and i think has sub consciously effected my game. I do hook up with chicks occasionally when i'm feeling real confident and showing it. I think I am good with woman when talking to them. My number 1 thing against be is having the balls to approcach cold sets. Never have. I am a big partier and smoker. Have a lot of good close male friends. I want to limit my smoking. 3-4 days a week. Instead of all day every day. Same thing with masturbation. 3-4 days a week also. I need some clear days to focus and feel both of these can be messing up my game/motivation. I need a way/format to set up these goals and achieve it. I was thinking about making a personal hypnosis/guided mediation every morning or nite to get my inner game stronger. I want to say affirmations every day also. Loose 20lbs also. How can I frame all these together in an effective way of achieving my goal and documenting it a long the way. Any help would be appreciated. |

Ok man, I think every starting point in reaching your goals is this, a starting point. At starting point you need to start with zero and be totally honest withyourself with where you are right now. What is your current situation? Than tell me, if you keep doing what youve been doing till now, in 5 years, where will you be? If you are still affraid to approach a woman in 5 years what kind of a woman will you have? Will she be hot or average or even ugly? How will you feel as a man of chickening out every time you see that beautiful creature? If you keep smoking every day, what kind of a person will you become in 5 years? What kind of consequences will your skin and breath have on you? How much money will you spend on cigarettes? How is your health going to be affected by smoking? What about if you keep mastrubating every day for 5 years? What kind of focus will you have? How clear will you be on what you want? What kind of power will you have as a man? How will you look at yourself, with what respect? Do this and answer all of this questions in writting. Why? Because you need to paint a picture of "I DONT WANT THAT!" and that will give you motivation to CHANGE what you are doing right now. 2nd STEP Now that you have what you dont want, now paint a picutre in your mind of what kind of a life you DO want. What kind of a person do you want to be? How many friends do you want to have? What kind of friends do you want to have? How much do you want to weigh? How do you want to feel when you are approaching a girl? How do you want to look like in a womans eyes? BUT.. writte this in present tense. Like for example: "I am a person who feels manly all the time and can approach any woman I like anywhere, anytime at any circumstances" "I weigh such and such" Now, set a dedline. Set a date till when you are going to acheve this life. You can say: "Til september 2011 I will weigh such and such.." Now that you have everything in paper, you have now your list of goals wich are backed up with emotion wich means you will not quit. Now is the tricky part. After you have written down everything you want and you know WHY you want it, it is time to set DAILY ACTIVITY list. What this means is, and this is very improtant, is that you will do everyday something to move you closer to your goal. So for example: "Every day at 5pm I am running on my treadmil for 15minutes" or "Twice a week, friday and saturday I go out and approach 7 women in 60 minutes" Set daily activities for every single area of your goal. You can set more activities for the same goal For example you can go: "Every day at 6pm I spend 1 hour studying other PUAs approaching women weather by watching on youtube or studying a program for inner game" And now the final part. The thing with goals is this. You get all excited about achieving a goal in your life but than when the time comes to do your daily activity, the motivation goes away and your WEAKER self says..o fuck it, I will do it TOMMOROW. So to avoid that, here is what you will do. Go and find a partner, a friend or a person you just met and say: Hey I decided to change my life arround and this is what I will do every day. Every day I will run for 15 minutes on a treadmil. If I dont send you an email at 6.20 pm exactly every day, here is a check for 1000 dollars and go spend it on what ever you want. Or.. If I dont send you an email every day that I did that, I will wash your car for 3 months. What you want to do here is tie yourself so you can not quit. Because when the time comes for the running, you will want to quit. I promiss you that. So now you have all that you need. Please share when you get started. |
