So basically I'm trying to get better in life at general, it's always hit me those who are confident come out better and seem more motivated to do things that otherwise I feel I couldn't do. So how do I get confidence going up? Sports? Something I enjoy? What do others do to build it up? |

Actually, he doesnt need to be more specific. This is exactly what it is all about. In order to build confidence it isnt just about building up confidence about certain things, it is about the more holistic view. Basically what you are after is called inner game, there is an entire section of it in this forum! Start reading the posts there and see if you find what you are looking for. Just as a starting tip, you need to face your fears and defeat them, thats the way you grow... |
