It's been going pretty well; I think I've got the basics down pretty well now, but one thing that a girl mentioned the other day was that she wasn't 'normally' attracted to nice guys. A bit of a pride wound, but I can see why she would say that. How can I seem more exciting or adventurous instead of safe and nice? |

Your cocky/funny might be a little too innocent. Use the field to your advantage. I don't think everyone would recommend this, but there is usually a tool somewhere in the room, whether he's a mutual friend or stranger, could be an ex, doesn't really matter. If he's screwing up and being a dbag, use it to your advantage. Make the tool out to be perfect for her, you crack jokes about him and it makes you seem like a bit of a jerk, but well justified. Again, I don't know if everyone would agree because I've seen people say that tearing down other guys is DLV but I think that's when its done only for the sake of tearing someone else down and being a tryhard. You can't be "bad" to a rock, you have to be bad to people, just regulate it and make sure its an insider thing. It works for me, I push the limits of being a jerk and being funny but as sort of a secret thing, it builds a connection and shows you understand women, and builds a little excitement. Women love drama. You can use that to work on moving the conversations into personal things, relationships, etc. Screening, some negging, tools are tools for a reason, they're useful, don't let a douche go to waste because they can bail you out of nice guy status. You don't have to climb mountains to seem adventurous. Just my 2 cents. |

Story telling. Suggest adventurous traits of you. Don't praise yourself. Instead try saying how lucky that you didn't get caught for pushing your luck too far sometimes but you just couldn't help it. Let her infer it effortlessly. The key of story telling is about suggestion. People have no doubts or guards against things that are not marketed directly towards them. Hope it helps you some how.
