When affirmations e.g I am talk,dark and handsome, become familiar or second nature to recite, does that mean subconscious has accepted them or does it mean its become complacent and need to create more novel affirmations to recite? |

I think it depends on your state. Some days I'll believe that I'm the shit. Other days I might be a little down and will need to re-frame. Theres a difference between just saying those things and actually BELIEVING them. For now it's probably more important to focus on that before you start searching for new ones. |
