Hi all, I am going to tell you what all alpha males do naturally, and then I am giong to invite you to join me for free in learning to do it yourslef, until it becomes, well 'natural'! In a recent USA and UK study, the two biggest fears people had were public speaking and death. I am not kidding, people are very very afraid of public speaking! But have you noticed that alpha males do it naturally, talking to a crowd, whether it's to males or females, being heard, looking and acting calm and sure of themselves. Well the good news is that I have attended toastmasters and spoken to many people there who learn to speak in public. They all say the same thing, that to begin with you feel sick, dizzy sometimes and nervous as hell. However, after 2 or 3 goes, your nerves quickly go and you start to take control. This is great news, it means we can all learn this skill, which will release your inner strength faster than anything else, and it will not be a quick fix, it will be hard but will be a lasting power that very few have. All areas of your life will improve with this mind set. JOIN ME IN LEARNING TO SPEAK IN PUBLIC My plan is to get just ten guys together and practice learning to speak in front of the small group in a supportive environment. This is great for people who are nervous, this is for people who need to change their lives and expand. We will meet in London (location to be decided and is 100% free.) This will be a way to help each other grow as people and find inner strengths. To find love, to find peace and focus you must work at yourself. Imagine the freedom of never having to worry about speaking in public. Imagine how easy talking to one person would be if you can comfortably talk to ten! alpha males being able to speak in public. why would that be? maybe because "alpha male" is our definition of perfect. its a ideal image that doesnt actually exist. some people call obama an alpha, cause hes leading one of the most important countries. many call leaders of social groups "alpha", others, like me, see alpha as a goal to achieve. but however you define the word, its always going to be what you want to be yourself. just wanted to throw that in there. of course i like what youre suggesting apart from that. |

I have never ever been afraid of public speaking. I have always been excellent at it. Even though I have not always been alpha. So, you can speak in public as much as you want but it will not make you alpha. For some it could but everybody has different problems and hangups on their way to alphadom. But I agree, toastmasters is awesome! |
