I think pickup has been great for me and has definitely enriched my life in obvious ways,but I cant seem to enjoy socializing that much any more because I now over think nearly all social interactions and also keep forgetting that everyone else ISNT doing the same thing.And suppose in some ways think that any guy manages to displays higher value over me that my girlfriend will instantly want to suck his dick.I know is this abit extreme but for obvious reason its kinda annoying me.Any suggestions for breaking this train of thought and mild paranoia.
