Hey guys, I'm having trouble with Skangers,chavs whatever you wanna call them! I just find coming from a smalltown they seem to be everywhere epecially when you go out. Everytime I see them I tend to wanna talk about how annoying and obnoxious they are to my friends; which I do nd in turn puts me in a bad social mindset and affects my ov erall confidence in general. anyone have any tips for clearing my head and just focousing on enjoying myself and pickup as opposd to getting caught up in a bad mouthing contest. Any suggestings welcome reframing etc.. Thanks |
