there is a big confidence benefit to repeating affirmations about yourself. i.e. "i am desirable" " i am alpha" it is also very helpful to write it out, and i assume to tell other people, so i decided to make, assuming its ok with forum mods, a thread where people can post their own affirmations and reaffirm those of others (try to do this via pm, so that the person gets it, reaffirmation is for them) it is important not to become cocky or arrogant from affirmations, but if you struggle with confidence don't be shy IMO. ill start: i am 16 and extremely interesting in conversation and very desirable. |
