Inner game is basically what goes on in your head. It's how you view the world and how you think about things in general. Some of the other 'experts' on Inner Game out there would have to be David DeAngelo and Hypnotica. Both have studied NLP extensively and you see many elemnents of it in what they teach. I believe both David's products for Advance Series to Double Your Dating and Hypnotica's Ultimate Inner Game DVDs are great for this. I can't comment on Carlos Xuma because I really haven't read any of his material as of yet. |

There is always an inner game being played in your mind no matter what outer game you are playing. How aware you are of this game can make the difference between success and failure in the outer game." In every human endeavor there are two arenas of engagement: the outer and the inner. The outer game is played on an external arena to overcome external obstacles to reach an external goal. |

There you go man, ask a question and get an expert answer by just mentioning a mPUAs name. Gotta love this forum! In every human endeavor there are two arenas of engagement: the outer and the inner. it's good to be here. Here is some more to think about: With regards success with women, and as opposed to outer game, your inner game is the opinion you have of yourself (your self esteem) and the pursuits in life that make you interesting and successful. This all contributes to your self confidence. A confident person is more likely to score with women. A strong outer game can for a short while give an impression of confidence and help to attract women. However, without a strong inner game, it may be difficult to retain women you have attracted since they will soon realise that you have little going on in your life that would want to make them stick around. The inner game can be worked on and improved as much as the outer game, and indeed the two concepts are higly linked to one another. A strong inner game will help with the outer game when it comes to general banter with a woman since you will have plenty of things going on in your life to talk about! |

Outer game vs inner game. my 2 cents. I, personally, prioritize inner game, but both inner and outer game support each other. Having good inner game helps build a good outer game, since you no longer feel you're hiding some kind of uncertainty whether you'll get the girl or not, you know you can do anything. Having good outer game helps you build the inner game, since you then get lots of evidence to support the belief that you can get the girls, if you want them. hope it helps |

Totally agree with Hypnotica about the clear definitions of inner vs. outer game. I think of Inner Game like ballast on a ship. It keeps you upright and moving forward no matter what happens, and no matter how bad the storm. It means that instead of reacting to other people and their opinions of you (real or not), YOUR opinion of you is what matters. There are a number of effective ways to strengthen your Inner Game and build your self-esteem. I think Hypnotica's stuff is excellent (and I don't even like hypnosis. I have found great benefits from my work in physical training and meditation and mindfulness. Personally, I find affirmations and hypnosis, while effective for others, don't work well for me because even after years of meditation, I still have trouble sitting still and find I focus better when my body is engaged. Check out Hypnotica's site, and my site. As for other resources, I've also heard great things about Magnus's Inner Game Tapping (EFT). Take it easy. |
