I used to get into a lot of trouble back in the day and decided to stop drinking. I still don't and I find that it somewhat limits my game with females who do drink. A lot of sarging is done at bars and clubs which I am comfortable in but ultimately alcohol is a factor. Basically I'm looking for anyone out there like me who doesn't drink or do drugs and some of their experience with how it did or didn't affect their game. |

I dont drink i and i find its easier to game with no alcohol or atleast not being drunk. You can always drink a little to make yourself "happy" and give you a confidence boost though. I also gamed a chick who wasnt drunk either. You can check out the detailed field report of what i did and stuff in the field report section. Also if girls are drunk more people are going after them but sometimes its easier with a little bit of competition; so its all a matter of preference. If you're normally drunk when you sarge, then go out and sarge when your not drunk to see if it works better and vice-versa. |

I dont think that whether a girl is drinking or not determines how many people are "going after them" |

I don't drink but you got to realize that when you go to a party where there will hands down be drinking it is going to attract drinkers. So expect to be the only level headed one. You need to be able to read how well people are holding their alcohol and act on that. Just because you're not drinking does not mean you can't be the life of the party. Don't walk around with a beer as if you do drink because then you are acting like someone you're not and that makes everything harder. |

I don't drink, but here's the kick in the pants. I use it as DHV. That's right it's a DHV spike. I tell them I came to have fun not to get drunk. It's PUA 101. Everyone say it with me: "The Pickup Artist MUST at ALL times be the exception to the RULE!" That's right. If I'm in a place full of drinkers I simply stand out by not drinking. I also let them know that I fully respect their right to choose to do so, but that in return I EXPECT them to respect my right not to. See? It's really a beautiful thing. You can drink coke instead of Rum n coke. Make if C&F by ordering a Rum n coke hold the rum or a Rumless coke. If they're drunk enough it still sounds like you ordered an alcoholic drink. BE CREATIVE! I drink water & run that into a health routine and that usually works. I'm old enough (36) that I don't usually get too much resistance to it if any at all. In my experience women seem to respect me more and it helps to sell the 'I'm not that into you or I'd be drinking with you' theory. Works for me is all I can say. |

If you are absolute against drinking try energy drinks You buy them in a club or a bar you can get the non alcoholic ones. or pour them in a cup They 1) make you more energized,. 2) excited and bla bla bla it helps without making you shitface drunk |

I'm with you Chrosiris, I used drink as my crutch when I was a complete AFC with no idea what I was doing, I was just trying to give myself lots of dutch courage in order to approach. You can well imagine how things ended up, I think there were many opportunities that I completed messed up. I'm now tee total and happy for it. I will either order a shandy or have an energy drink like the poster mentioned before. I liked Nashon comments about the PUA being the exception to the rule and using not drinking as s DHV spike. Love it man! I'll have to keep that in mind. Actually where I am at the moment in Hong Kong, many local people don't drink so it works in my favour too. I must admit that I'd love to have a drink to just relax a little bit, but I'm done with it, got the memories, but at least I'll never wake to another hangover. |

I will not drink while sarging because I end up out of control and dehydrated and very sad at the end. I will drink a little, may be like 1 or 2 nice drinks. |

I find that it makes me act all kinds of stupid...to the point where I'm the epitome of a clown. So, nowadays I barely drink. Maybe a beer, but that's it. -cshadyp |

I usually use the fact that I don't drink to bring up parkour tell chicks that I don't wanna have too much fun because I always have a great time while sober. I'm gonna have to try using the fact that I don't drink as a DHV in itself instead of using it as a means to DHV, might be a bit tough though because here in college I feel that almost everyone drinks at least a bit. |

I personally only drink on large occasions - birthdays mainly (my own), I don't really need to drink to go out and have a good time, I chose to stop drinking socially when I kept seeing guys and girls all over the place, literally sliding down the walls, lying in curbs in their own vomit etc. As mentioned before, use it as a DHV, girls dig a guy that doesn't always follow the crowd, can you imagine how many wasted guys have tried it on with a single girl in a club! You don't have to get shitfaced when you are drunk, you can limit yourself to 1 or 2. The only thing I don't like about going out is the girls that are wasted - the least attractive thing ever, you know the kind, the ones who can barely hold their own drink, never mind make a conscious decision about the guy they are dancing with. - SC |

If you're getting flak about not drinking, tell them you're driving. Drink a coke or something non alcoholic so you have something to sip while you're talking to people. I think the sugar and the act of sipping gets you in the party mood anyways. Interact with moderate drinkers. You probably don't want much to do with people who are following over and throwing up anyways. |

Personally, I have found that not drinking is a DHV. Every party I have ever been to, someone has asked why I don't drink. I reply with, "I just don't" and they tell me they totally respect that and give me the fist pound. I have been told that it takes a lot of "guts" to not drink under the pressure of everyone drinking. Very rarely though, I get one of those guys who hates on me for not drinking. In which case I either ignore and walk away or tell him I'm the DD. |
