good to realize that. but now drop that mindset and be confident.

dont overwhelm urself with change

i tried to change myself overnight and the result was VERY poseresk

haha.. umm tkae your time you'll be fine. being on this site is a great step

Exactly right my friend. Of course some change is good, you can't be closed minded to living a life that would be more enjoyable and rewarding. But to compromise your personality (the healthy and good parts at least) for change would be lame.

Your right you don't need serious change but some is good as driver has mentioned. I recently read an article on being the alpha male :arrow: http://social-masters.com/blog/how-to-attract-girls/ . It does not require massive change but it is a combination of small changes that can lead to a huge difference in results.
