PUA Forum :: Internalization and Just Doing It Issue(s)

So here's my basic problem(s), I am absolutely one of those AFCs, which in itself is not necessarily a problem, however the shyness and oneguy-itis is a problem.

Those, which are also coupled with the facts that I give great advice, but suck at receiving it, as well as just being able to go out and take a chance. I can't do it.

I worry about everything. I want everyone to like me, yet I could care less if they do or not. It just seems to me that I'm stuck between a rock and a hardplace, and I need to make a decision and just do it. But how do I internalize that? How do I convince myself to say "Fuck It. Take a goddamn chance, no matter the consequences."?

I know the answer is in my question, but I can't do it. Any words of advice/encouragement?

set yourself up? Tell all your friends your going to do something and do it This way you don't have much to fall back onto and would probably do it Otherwise it'd land up pretty badly but thats besides the point. Or you could slowly build it up to that level where you feel like taking chances...

You should read "The Ultimate Frame" post by Slie.. see what you can do to internalize it. Because if you've got the attitude of you don't give a shit and you want people to like you, you're set. You just need to be able to apply them at the right time in the situation you're in. If you're not afraid to fail then that's one of the biggest sticking points most people have. Go for it bro
