Hi!
I'm having trouble being an alpha and I would like a good book or a good guideline on how to become alpha. I'm starting in this world and without the proper confidence and mindset I won't be able to progress.

Give us some more detail. In what ways do you think you're not "alpha?"

My immediate recommendation is Way of the Superior Man by David Deida but it'd help for you to be more specific on where you're coming from.

Ways in which I think i'm not alpha?
- I'm quite small (5'5,65kg)
-I have a fluctuating confidence in myself.
-I don't have as much self confidence as I desire.
- I am not charming.
- I am a bad leader.
I'd say the points in bold are the most important ones.

I got much help from RSDMax "the natural". It's expensive and much overprized but is a good product.

No book is going to make you an alpha. That is something you have to do on your own with your own life experiences.

You won't become Alpha until you learn to get uncomfortable and push yourself beyond your comfort zones.

Start with the Newbie challenge here on the forums. And try this quote for size:

You will become more Alpha if you start doing this 1 thing:

Get out of your comfort zone on a regular basis.

Do things you feel uncomfortable about doing. Talk to women you don't know (99% of guys don't do this)

Do things that most guys don't do. Do things that would make most guys embarrassed.

It doesn't always have to mean you approach and talk to girls. You can dive into the ocean during winter.

Go do something crazy, wild. Live life and explore. Do stupid shit.

If you lie to yourself enough, you'll believe your own lie. Just keep telling yourself that you're alpha, a leader and a fuckin' boss - 50% of it is belief. That's the first step.
