Does anyone have any experience with Hakomi Method therapy? It was suggested to me as a possibly better fit for what I need, but I'm having a little trouble finding much info about it. A lot of what I do find seems to be on sites that also promote homeopathy and other woo bullshit so not sure I should spend a lot of effort looking into it. Just curious if anyone here has tried it. |
