Hey ppl, I've made a topic a couple of weeks ago, about some inner problems I have. Even though some responses were quite helpful, didn't do the trick. After internal searching and thinking, I figured out that my real problem is that I do not redirect myself enough, therefore I let other ppl be disrespectful towards me and I get a reactive behavior. So the question might seem silly or stupid but I have concluded that that's the root of my inner problems and I believe that if fixed it will unleash my hidden self which is very good with girls and other ppl in social occasions on general. So how can I learn to respect myself more? |

Honestly, self respect comes from a place of self love. You need to value yourself and understand that you are important, you are worth talking to and more than anything, people are lucky to be around YOU. This isn't from a place of narcissism, more from a place of assurance. Also, do things that warrant respect. Work out, eat right, pick up a hobby and get good at it, travel, find a job you love...be a person that YOU would respect. Also, walk the walk. Show confidence to build confidence. very simple,you are unique simply because there is one else like you anywhere,remember some bad days you had and then remember how you overcame that,you are working on yourself,therefor you love yourself obviously(hopefully),look where you were 5 years ago and look at yourself now,just by the fact that you are willing to go through the bullshit makes you awesome,o yea,and you were once a champion sperm

You need to reword that. Saying you have inner problems isn't going to get you anywhere. |
