First: let me make this clear, I am not asking the type of questions like, 10 rules to being a bad boy or body language of an alpha badass. My problem is that I am too nice, a weakling, a kind guy, but a pushover. HOw do I change that? People use me, use my time, my skills, but generally don't treat me like a high status male. HOW do I change the way I live? It's easy to use confident body language, I sometimes even am confident almost arrogant, depending on the situation, but in general, how do you become SELFISH, after a lifetime of being people-pleasing? I don't really know how to explain it better PS I know all the alpha traits, the body language, the inner game stuff, but I ma not congruent! Who I am is not who I want to be or can be successful with women... PLEASE HELP |

I hope you don't try to adopt the whole alpha mentality, because it's generally useless in seduction. The only thing that you do is stand up for what you believe in. If you think that someone is taking advantage of you, don't let them. Speak your mind when you need to. It can be all so simple. |

You don't have to be a douchebag or mistreat people to get treated right. Like Jack said, you need to stand up for what you believe. If you don't feel like doing something, don't do it. Don't be a "people pleaser", meaning don't bend over backwards for people. You can offer value unconditionally by being fun and social with everyone and people will enjoy being around you without taking advantage of you.. There are many outer game tactics to do that, but that's essentially what it is. |

I know exactly what you mean because before i discovered this forum, i was the same kind of guy your describing. Its all about knowing your worth. If people ask you to do something for them that they would pay anyone else, make sure you charge them too. If you want to be nice, give them a small discount. PLEASE HELP If someone asks for for a favor like walk their dog, only do it if this person has done you favors (the old saying favor for a favor) I personally would stay away from walking a girl's dog. This is a female's way of testing your betaness What i did was stop doing free favors. Especially if it was an attractive girl asking. I would tell them straight up, i dont work for free. Most of the time people will offer something but the ones that dont and try to get upset for you asking for something in return, i cut those off from my circle |
