..think I may have video game addictions. I've been looking forward to doing the Kezia Noble bootcamp course in August. I've paid out £4000 (£2500 so far). I pay monthly and I'm really struggling to get the funds. I earn about £1600 a month from benefits and wages and £600 goes on food and bills and £500 goes on the course. At the moment I haven't really spoken to many girls in the last few months other than my friends girlfriend and a couple of people at work (not in any PUA way at all). I'm starting to realise that it may be a waste doing PUA if I don't resolve these addictions first. I have had poker addictions before this and on top of this I'm on medication for schizophrenia haven't had a breakdown or anything serious since 2011 though. I have done CBT and it helped for a few weeks but then I just fell back in my old habits. I'm trying to learn the guitar and would like to do a food / exercise program / yoga and watch a few more films / dvd's / cook more often. At the moment I do a little bit of these things but my time just gets filled with gaming. I called a gaming addiction advice line and they said they have rehab for £7500-£8000 but I really don't know what to think when I don't have enough in the bank and I'm already trying to do this bootcamp.. |

Where is your question bro? You're asking for remedy for your addictive personality? Or something else. I wrote an article called " Take Control of Your Emotion" that should be of service to you. |
