Post subject:  Extreme one-itis
I often suffer from one-itis, so i never get this one girl outside of my head. This holds me back and stops me from getting in-flow.

I try to let go of her and to realize she's not worth my time, but she always pops in again. :?

Maybe i should try to empty my head and get to do something else when she pops in again.
Or try to wanting her to never get me.

Do u guys have any other advice for this problem?

love how you want to do something about this man

1) stay active, make a brainstorm list of things you love and go DO THAT LIST
2) go out and game girls - meet new girls
3) on your off time go on dating apps like tinder, pof and meetme (use it as a fishing net)

hope this helps

main key is to get as many girls under your belt to realize she is not special

Abundance solves this problem.

You're feeling this way because you're a one-girl-at-a-time guy... You need to game MANY girls at a time (until you find one you actually really like) -

It's much easier to back-burner someone when you have something cooking on the other burners :)

FILL UP YOUR PIPELINE. When you're constantly moving and surrounding yourself with opportunities then you have no time to think about the one girl (that's probably not worth stressing over in the first place)
