How do you not let social conditioning affect you particularity when walking? I generally am a fun, loving and loose person and walk loose that demonstrates that. However, when I walk downtown during lunch I walk fast and stiff because it seems like everyone is walking fast and stiff and if I break out of that people will look at me as a not serious or a nonconformist? What are your thoughts on this? I know its all in my head but it feels like I am fighting a barrier here. |
