Why brag about your accomplishments? Is there truly such a need to seek validation from others? I observed so many people, both men and women, continuously seeking some form of external checks each and every moment of their lives. This personality trait reveals too much flaws and insecurity of one's self.

A powerful man is validated from within, not without. He is certain and confident of his own thoughts and emotions that he seeks no answers from others. Even when questioned, he knows that whatever choices he has chosen will only help grow his wisdom even if it meant that he is wrong. He will know that he is strong and strong in believing in himself.

A powerful man does not allow others to step onto him, nor is he a dictator telling everyone that they are wrong. It means he knows how to respect, and is willing to be in synch with his own thoughts and feelings. Knowing that each moment is a test of his truest integrity. Only powerful man dare sound out their opinions, not because they want to always be right, but because they are not afraid to be wrong. They know that finding out what is right is more important than their pride and ego, and growth will be within their reach if they are willing to put those superficial feelings away.

A powerful man admits to his own vulnerabilities and seek assistance from others. Too many people think that asking for help is a sign of weakness, but rather it is a sign of emotional strength from within. The willingness to admit that within him there are room for growth can be one that takes a lifetime to unveil, but taking that first step forward show his sincere and authenticate approach to life.

A powerful man live life on the edge of his fear. I will be lying to you, if I tell you that I have no fear. I am willing to embrace this fear because this fear are in a large way, a reminder of who you are. If you live life absorbed into the trivial daily duties and responsibilities, then you will have missed the opportunity of living a true and honest journey.

Do you remember the times when you had a personal growth? It might look nonchalant to others, but to you, it meant the world. The euphoric feelings of being able to step onto the next plateau of personal success is one that is more important to you, than to anybody else. Hold onto those feelings for living each and every moment like this can allow the complete liberation of one self.

Hope it helps :)

Well said. I like your stance on validation.
