I used to be very passionate in the abstract, have lots of dopamine coursing through me, but I don't now, and as I work at pickup, that makes it difficult, not the least getting in state--I don't lust when sarging, and it's a problem. What to do about it, and keep in mind, I have tried sparring in a dojo to regain this feeling, but to no avail. I'm pretty sure It's not a lack of testosterone, but adrenaline, though I'm 35; I'm in great shape, yet I've lost that spring in my step, and it would help to number close; I need to get it up, and while approach anxiety is part of the issue, if approach anxiety were the main issue, it would have been resolved by now. I do masturbate, but I haven't exactly managed connecting it with getting in state, when meeting girls, those mI get an erection flirting with them intermittently among my sarges. Too often though, I feel things head sideways, toards the friendzone. I think part of the problem is I'm too indirect;I approach, and I've developed greater presence, confidence, but in closing the deal, it mostly seems far off. I can get them to giggle, but samll giggles and then asking for the phone number aren't the same, probably because they feel a little attraction, but not a lot, too me. No, I'm not crowding space, yes, I'm angling, and yes, I'm looking around the whole room, not giving her total attention value, making her work for it, but somehow, something's missing, and I call it energy, or at least the limits of a neutral vibe, where I'm getting a conversation she's happy to engage in, but doesn't go anywhere romantically, sometimes even when I hood my eyes. |

Endurance training, stress and losing a fight all lower natural testosterone. Traditional karate does a lot of endurance and impact training. If a training session involves hitting the ground to do 100 push ups straight count or 500 kicks straight count; that's endurance training. On the other hand, MMA does a lot of plyometrics and high intensity interval training. Big difference. At +40, I get blown off my number closes when my testosterone is low. But when it's high, I #-close 80% to 100%. Getting into sexual state is crucial to game. But for younger players, I think this isn't a problem. So instead of doing endurance training, I break down my kicking and punching combos into sets of 10. I go full power and full speed every time and rest in between sets until I get my magic numbers. Instead of jogging, I do sprints, sprints with jumps, and sprints with combo kicks. Btw, take a banana or two before HIIT to minimize cramps. Stress too is a major factor that lowers your t-levels. Too much sugar, jacks up your stress. On the other hand, omega fatty acids from sardines or salmon and protein from crucifierous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and bok choi will lower your stress. A dose of Mr. Bean (if you find him funny) will lower your stress. Ample sleep and regular morning exercises will also lower your stress. As we grow older, our body's capability to produce vitamin D becomes lower so we need to amp that up more frequently with ideal early morning sunshine. Low vitamin D and stress are somehow related. Play to win and when you win, you'll notice a very big difference on how you attract women. You get more approach invitation cues. You get more kino. You get more women opening you. You know your natural testosterone level is good enough when you approach a hot chick and you get a hard on that won't quit. Stay away from artificial testosterone. It has negative side effects that will affect your hard ons in the long run. |

I believe it; I don't want artificial T, and strongly doubt I'll need it--at least my late forties, but I know that's not the solution now. I like to argue, intellectually, but haven't found much support for that, online, or elsewhere; I really need the emotional stimulation of a challenge geared toward my strengths. Looking back, those mental rushes would have been the perfect springboards for game, had I been going for it, back then. In a way, I'm pursuing game to regain what I've lost. |
