Can anyone offer me a routine that I could initiate that would allow me to build up my confidence and inner game, so that I would feel alot more confident approaching. I am fine when i am in the set talking as I am naturally a good speaker, however its the anxiety and fear of rejection that gets me in the first place. If anyone would take the time to reply to this it would be much appreciated lad |
