So im 21 and im balding and i have a pretty square fore head, and shit and I'm feeling pretty down about it, i guess i just need someone to tell me that even with the way i look i can use PUA to pick up the girls i desire. In practicality girls are visual now a days simply because they have nothing to loose b/c of contraceptive methods and of coarse the media ever fueling what the perfect man should look like has influenced them, and especially girls my age in college who know marriage is far away so they can afford to go for looks rather than personality. I'm just looking for hope that is all, Ive been balding for a while now and i'm slowly getting over it and accepting myself and telling myself I'm good enough for this world (philosophically), but sometimes i relapse and it comes back, i just need to know that even being bald i can pick up hot chicks you know? who doesnt wanna fuck hot girl in the room ? especially cuz all my friends get play and i dont |

Yea, it sucks. I started losing my hair at 21 (though somehow, despite people being able to tell my hair is thinning/etc. I still have a decent amount of hair at 31, go figure) With that said, there are tons of women who simply do not care and that is what matters, even young girls! For example, in my online dating book, I sampled hundreds of women's (21-40 age) ideal date fields on match.com and something like 82% of women did not care at all about your hair color (bald was one of the options). Even of women who specifically selected hair colors they desired in their date, 25% explicitly CHOSE bald as one of them. Many if not most women will date a bald guy.. you'll be fine. Plus look at vin diesel, jason statham, etc.

23 now and got a fairly good receding hairline going on (although my brothers - 19 - is worse!) It doesn't matter. Just get a cut which flatters your face as much as is possible. Guys can have lots of hair, but have a shit hair cut and it's going to ruin their chances. We can't beat our genes, we just have to do as much as we can with what we've been given! What sort of balding have you got (receding hairline, thinness on top?). If it's just the hairline, then maybe think about growing a longer fringe. Ask your barber/stylist to leave the 'receding' bits (usually around the "widow's peak" sort of area, near the temples) a bit longer than the fringe in the middle which can make it look less receding. Also a "faux-hawk" type style can work well as it takes the eyes of an onlooker away from the receding outer bits. If you've got curly or wavy hair, it's even easier to hide with a slightly messy look ok top. Grow some facial hair, again it's about proportion and taking the eyes away from the receding hairline. And if you've got balding on top or the receding hairline has gone too far back to make longer grown out styles work without just looking messy, then buzz it. Shaved head (or a short 3 or 4 length razor buzz) with a bit of facial hair going on is a look plenty of women go for. Embrace it my man. I used to get paranoid. One girl I was seeing said to me "you're really vain aren't you" when I kept checking mirrors and shop windows to make sure my carefully-styled hair was still covering up all the receding-ness. She said it was a turn off I kept checking etc. So since then I just went with it, tried to make it look as good as possible when I go out but then just think fuck it and leave it. It's not usually even on a girl's list of worries and if it is, it's so far down that it can be easily trumped by tight game and a great personality. |

Bald here also. I simply shave it. Last girlfriend told me she thought it was attractive that I was so confident even though I was bald LOL. She even made fun of one of her exes that tried covering his bald spot with a comb over. Like the above poster said embrace it and understand that some girls will love it some not so much. Just be confident and don't try to hide it. |
