Hey guys. This post is for everyone who like me has low energy and always looks sad but it isn't. Last year i got a lot of questions from girls asking me do i smoke weed or why i look so sad, but in reality I just have low energy. Most of you guys know this already but maybe it will help someone. Basically my way of energy boost consists of - no fap challenge - food - exercises - change habits No fap challenge Everyone knows what no fap challenge is. So i had this girlfriend I lost virginity to and after she dumped me I felt this huge sexual urge and i didn't have another girl to spend it on so i fapped like 2 times a day every day for past 2 months ( since i'm not good at PU i fapped ) I tryed to open some sets but i blow up everytime. I realized it was bad for me , i wasn't in my head anymore I couldn't think sharply , i thought about sex all the time and couldn't make good decisions. I decided to do no fap challenge and it has been hard for me to do it for a month or so. How did i managed to resist it? It's easy , i did two things to resist it. I placed rubber band on my wrist and everytime i think about fapping i just pull rubber band and let it hit me so whenever i think about fapping i imagine this pain from rubber band. Other thing is to exercise. I made another challange and that is if i think about fapping i will do 3 sets of max pushups and 3 sets of max pullups. After no fapping for month i had huge energy boost though i get boner in the mornings Some of my friends told me that i changed i become happy and confident. Last night i was in a club and two girls actually approached me. I ended up making out with one girl and got # from other Food I avoid eating in fast foods or restaurants because they use oil that is 3-4 days and the food there is full of low nutritions. You can eat once or twice per 2-3 weeks but don't let it turn into a habit. Brain reacts to carbonhydrates. Carbs supply energy to your body and when you eat it's important that you make balance of proteins , carbs and vitamins. As you know important meal of the day is breakfast so make it good. My breakfast is SPAM ( 150 g ) with low fat milk and 3 eggs ( 1 egg yolk ) because yolk is full of calories and one per day is enough. Google for food that is full in proteins and carbs. As it's for vitamins search for food that has Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. Food Suplements Drink fish oil or 1 spoon of olive oil per day ( it's healthy and will increase energy ) L-Carnitine. For those of you who don't know what Carnitine is , it's substance that turns fat into energy. Body produces enough l-carnitine itself, however some bodies can't produce enough l-carnitine. Google if you want to know more. Exercise For those who are not in shape better start as soon as possible. You can find some good program online for exercising. For those who can't afford to pay gym there are other alternatives like street workout which I do. I find it better than gym because you use your weight to exercise and you exercise outside on fresh air , not in a room full of clammy guys. When you get up in the morning do 3 sets of max pushups , 5 min rest between sets it's good for waking up. Run 3-4 times per week it's better to run 3-4 times per week than not running at all. Do pull-ups , do push-ups , do sit-ups , lift weights...whatever you want just get your ass of the couch and have some time to exercise instead going out every night picking up girls.. You will become more confident by exercising. Change habits Stop drinking too much , it's bad for your organism so as for liver and semen. Stop drinking too much coffee , it's bad for your semen Stop smoking , it's bad for your semen Stop eating chips and doughnouts. Drink at least 3L of water per day. Eat more vegetable. Eat more fruits , especially berries. Eat pineapple it's good for your semen Get used to cold showers ( they are great for energy boost , same goes for your skin) Meditate at least 20 minutes per day If you want to eat candies better buy some dark chocolate because you get endorphin from chocolate. Avoid energy drinks Drink green tea , one cup per day. Watch your mouth , words become our thoughts and our thoughts become our words.... "We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think.
