Hey guys. Hope I can get some tips on this issue with insecurity that I'm having. I'm an average looking guy and I dont feel like im good enough. My ex girlfriend danced with a guy at an event a few months ago and I went nuts. Ever since then its like I have a phobia of dancing. I'm afraid to get into another relationship cos I keep thinking about the things I'm not good at and I fear that it will come back to haunt me in future. How do i get over insecurities? |
