I have wanted to quit porn for a long time now but I hate getting wet dreams when I don't masturbate. How do you deal with this problem? |

Theres different levels of porn. Too much porn can cause erectile dysfunction. If you want material just to stimulate an erection or just to satisfy that need, then dont watch hardcore videos, just check out some softcore pics (ie. pics of naked hot chicks, or pics of your fav fetish) my fav is to goto tumblr and check out all the girls that take the naked mirror pics. This way ur tricking your brain not to see it as professional hard core porn. |

I suggest you make this a long-term project. Changing your mental habits is not going to be easy, if you've spent years developing the ones you have, especially when sexual desire is involved.Nevertheless, I suggest you make something like the following your goal: develop an interest in erotica (the written kind) and in the kind of soft porn that women like. This will have two effects: 1) it will educate you in how women see sex, making you MUCH more able to communicate sexually with women, and 2) it will refocus your attention on the "foreplay" and sensuality surrounding sex, instead of the mere act of pounding a woman. Perhaps try your hand at writing erotic stories based on your imagination... read the stuff at 9erotica.com and post your own. Women like this site, and maybe you'll develop a fan base if you can learn to stimulate a woman's imagination. And if you can, you will become MUCH more able to seduce women in person. Finally, focus on porn that is actually educational... for instance, watch and learn how to give women squirting orgasms. Select the kind of porn that WOMEN want to watch, and learn from the men's technique there. Learn from the sex secrets of porn actors, like the girls at 2girlsteachsex.com, or Marcus London's Penetration Orgasm Mastery. And lastly, focus more on building up your seduction/pickup game by getting out there and meeting women... focus your energy on in-person engagement with women, and let yourself get turned on by the sexual tension that you and a woman feel when things are sparking between you.
