Okay , so i know there are alot of other threads out there that are talking about self limiting beliefs But i found that simply reading them and seeing them are two completely different things , And by chance i stumbled upon a well known film thats Message is to destroy self limiting beliefs, "The fight club" . Just take a look at a couple of quotes and tell me what you think... “This is your life and its ending one moment at a time.” “I don't want to die without any scars.” “The things you own end up owning you. It's only after you lose everything that you're free to do anything.” “If you could be either God’s worst enemy or nothing, which would you choose?” I don't know about anyone else But this film has spoke out to me , and has definitely helped me improve my game By reminding me that there is nothing physical but our own fear that holds us back. |

Check out The Mack's thread on Centered Man Manifesto. You will find even more inspiration there. |

Go on a night out, don't get drunk and make sure you remember the night clearly. Afterwards write down everything you didn't do but you know you wanted to. Didn't approach that girl. Didn't kiss that girl I was talking to. Didn't try to take the girl I was making out with home. Didn't approach the girl in a set with guys. It's actually quite hard to force your brain to go through these in details because it doesn't want to remember the times you've done something you feel insecure about. The for each one write down very clearly why you didn't do it. Very often you will remember the thing happening but you just label it as "Oh I just couldn't get do it." You very rarely consciously engage the true subconscious issue. By writing it down you force yourself to engage with your true limiting beliefs. Once you've know what they, write down why logically it is a stupid idea. Really look up some deep inner game to trash the stupid belief. Then go out and look for real examples to prove that it's stupid. E.g wrong belief that bald guys can't get girls- make a point of looking out for and remembering a bald guy with a hot girl. Keep reinforcing and reinforcing that new belief. The the next time you get hit by that limiting belief, push through it. Get home and write down what happened everytime you crossed that fear. It sounds lame writing stuff down like this but I've found it helps a lot |

Real social dynamic instructor todd has a video on youtube called godlike nihilism which toughes on the subject. If we're all doomed from day one as in, guaranteed to die, tomorrow could be our last, why not approach? Why not shave away the excuses and in the words of Van Wilder, "dare to be great?"“This is your life and its ending one moment at a time.” “I don't want to die without any scars.” “The things you own end up owning you. It's only after you lose everything that you're free to do anything.” “If you could be either God’s worst enemy or nothing, which would you choose?” I don't know about anyone else But this film has spoke out to me , and has definitely helped me improve my game By reminding me that there is nothing physical but our own fear that holds us back. http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=CA&hl=e ... nomobile=1 |

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vBZDru7a5wNothing I went through was this bad but, I did find myself in a dark place, the worst time of my life. Anthony helped me see past it and endure before moving on. Watch the break through series. There are 6 different episodes. Beyond that, Anthony has blog videos on topics, and insight that is helpful. I am glad it helped man. Try to live through these inspiring stories and create change firs in your life than in other people's. |

Hey dude. You should check out the link in my description. It'll help sort out your beliefs and clear away the garbage in your subconscious mind pretty easily. You're a huge step above most people because you've atleast acknowledged that your beliefs are the reason for your success/failure... now you just need to sort them out and clear old beliefs/install new beliefs. |
