for about 3-4 years, i watched porn about every 3 days, it was my only source of sexuality for 4 years and my only release. i kept in isolation away from women for 3 years...so now i went cold turkey on porn 2 change my life.... problem is i really am farrr away from having relationships with women....and like i have no sexual release.... or sexual contact..... its like a lifeless world or something...... any comments? |

Your goal should the be to shorten the distance between you and women. Meet women online or go to places where women congregate. |
