This is the thing that has been holding me back for quite some time, for at least 2-3 years now. I am 23 and I have so much potential. Whenever I motivate myself it sticks for an hour or a day at most. How can I have the feeling of supper motivation for ever or how to avoid procrastination or laziness??? Do you guys know any good books on motivation or other (free) sources online to learn about (self)-motivation It's very importnat so don't just reply, please give some book or youtube suggestions and you might save my life, thank you in advance |
