I need you to explain this to me as if I was a caveman. I always wondered what that meant. I guess it meant i have full control of the world around me but when I think about it that way I feel overwhelmed in a few seconds. I can't seem to handle thinking like that. |

It means that you are confident in what you believe and you don't overreact to someone who shows disagreement in any way. This doesn't mean you have to be completely arrogant and never be willing to change your mind. But it means you project a tone that you are the one making the decisions for yourself about what you believe, including about yourself and your value. |

Shadowboxer! Here's what I've discovered on "It's my reality, and you're a guest!" The idea to ultimate happiness (and progress toward you PUA goals!!) is to hold a light (STRONG!) frame, such as: "I want to see if this hilarious opener works!" or "How much pleasure can she/they handle?" (I've discovered that you can have a frame with a question!...Awesome discovery!) You'll feel MUCH better when you do something like that. Of course, things you'll discover later include: Focus: Your dominant frame at the moment...the thing you hold super-consciously; and Back Focus: The thought you hold surrounding and holding the entire conversation (i.e. SEX, LOVE, SUCCESS, etc.) -- THIS is your DESIRED OUTCOME Your Primary Example might be: Focus: "I think this is funny! I'm here to test if this opener works or not" or "How much pleasure can she/they handle?" Back Focus: The most beautiful woman you can think of behind the girl/set you're talking with spreading her legs wide up in the air...TOTALLY loving you, and caring for you! (All of this is anchored into your subconscious) You might not be able to see what I mean yet, because it took me a while to get this. |
