I can verbally disarm an amog make him leave the set but i still end up feeling like shit. How can i control my own frame and my own reality?? |

I'm 5'3 skinny. So there a a lot of haters. They would talk a lot of shit, i respond by negging them and dhv but some of gets to me and i feel like i've been moved to a lower frame. How can i hold my frame and no get affected by an amog? |
