Okay so, guys, I had a ton of problems a few weeks ago, was in a supressive frame and all that sh*t, but now it has changed, and thanks to only few beliefs I installed. It's these: (though I might be missing a few as I only see the big picture.) 1. Everyone wants to be with me, I'm their best choice. This belief is empowered by a belief that life is just your sandbox and you can play with it as you wish, you can do whatever you want to and you're the most awesome being in it, as you can control ANYTHING that happens to you. 2. You don't get rejected, it's funny if you do, however. Once you get rejected the best exit is to laugh about it, just go with it like you don't care, it's no big deal. Just laugh about the absurd situation SHE made. 3. I don't care if I lose someone, I don't really need them. Even if you really do, just act like you don't, it'll save you some trouble. Also don't THROW people away, just let go and make sure there's a path for them to come back. 4. Feel free to neg if she does something you dislike. Just do it, but don't be too harsh, else she'll see you as a weaker person and eventually take charge and leave you. 5. Approaching is fun, you never know what could happen. Think of it as a fun game, an adventure, you REALLY don't know what could happen, just go in there with your dominant, highly confident, uncontrollable self-frame. If there's anything to add, please post, Thank You. Oh, yeah, JUST LAY BACK and do whatever you want to, don't go in for her, let HER come to you. You're the big thing, keep that in mind. p; |

this is good stuff. I would only modify #2 to frame it similar to what DDA says: "show that you can handle rejection by demonstrating it over and over". So while this isn't "seek to be rejected" tweaking the frame allows you to feel good about the approach independent of the results. This is obviously only a slight but important change to what you have come up with. |

I actually like my second frame the way it is, it already proves that I can overcome rejection. ...or I didn't get what you meant. Thanks for the reply though. :] |
